The design company RAZ23 was founded in 2009 by three civil engineers, former classmates Bohuslav Vytlačil, Zdeněk Rieger, and Milan Pytloun, based on their desire to design and build freely and modernly. From the beginning, they focused on working with leading architects, developers, and investors to do top-quality craftsmanship. Gradually, RAZ23 has evolved into the medium-sized company, today with twenty tribal employees. Most of them have grown up together with RAZ23. As of 2018, the company is closely linked with STOPRO ARCHITECTS and they operate together as one studio.
We provide our clients with a comprehensive portfolio of architectural and building design services. From the initial balance sheets and studies, we will develop the next design stages of documentation and guide you through the entire permitting and successful implementation process. We are prepared and equipped for all possible scenarios of your projects.
